摘要
某型号筒型蒙皮零件在成形过程中出现对缝尺寸过大或过小、直线度公差过大及零件端头有长约20mm处难以成行缺陷,为解决此类问题,本文应用正交试验法分析零件在成形过程中的下料尺寸及纤维方向、成形工艺措施对零件对缝尺寸和直线度公差的影响,并对影响参数进行了优化。
During the forming process of cylinder skin part of a certain type of aircraft,the problems such as oversize or undersize of butt joint,overtolerance of the straightness and default hard to form in length about 20mm at the end of part appeared.In order to solve these problems,the orthogonal test method is used to analyze the influence of blanking size,grain direction and that of forming process measures on butt joint dimension and straightness tolerance.The influence parameters are optimized.
