摘要
在第五轮学科评估来临之际,回顾1985-2020年来我国学科评估研究的发展历程,发现其规模总量不断扩大,研究主题日渐丰富,研究者在学科评估的基本理论、标准与方法、"以评促建"关系探讨、反思与重构等方面做出了巨大贡献。从研究特征来说,我国学科评估以工程评估为起点,后延伸至层类交错的学科门类,表现出较强的应时性与政策导向性;研究内容系统有从平面化到垂直化的纵深发展态势,但视角较为单一,国际视野与中国特色相对欠缺。"坚持服务性与学理性,重塑学科评估研究的运行逻辑;探讨复合案例等质性方法,展示评估研究的多样性;立足指标精简与组织调整,深化核心主题;关注后续溢出效应,突破思想局限;推进管、办、评分离,培育学术自主生态"等将成为未来研究的关键着力点。
At the time of the fifth discipline evaluation,we reviewed the development of researches relevant to that from 1985 to 2020,and found that the scale and totalnumber of the research has been expanding;the research topics are becoming more abundant;and the researchers have made such great contributions as in the basic theory,standards and methods,the discussion of the relationship between"promoting construction by evaluation",reflection and reconstruction.And through reviewing,the research characteristics have come into our eyes:China’s discipline evaluation started with engineering evaluation and then extended to interlaced disciplines,showing a relatively strong timeliness and policy-orientation;the research content system has displayedits development trend from planar to vertical;the research perspective,however,was relatively single,lacking both international perspective and Chinese characteristics.Therefore,these following will become the key focus of future research,that is,adhering to serviceability and academic rationality,reshaping the operational logic of discipline evaluation research;exploring qualitative methods such as composite cases,showing the diversity of evaluation research;based on index streamlining and organizational adjustment,deepening the core theme;paying attention to follow-up spillover effect,breaking through ideological limitations;promoting the separation of management,running and evaluation,to foster an independent academic ecosystem.
