类型特色视域下高职院校产教融合体系构建研究 被引量:5

On Industry-Education Integration System Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from Perspective of Type Features

摘要 党的十九大报告提出完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作,在此背景下,高职教育亟须在类型特色视域观照下重塑产教融合的理念与实践。文章以类型特色为切入点,对高职院校产教融合的特征与供求展开分析,在把握外部产业需求与内在教育取向的基础上,通过提升高职教育专业服务能力、构建高效率技术技能积累体系、以1+X证书制度为试点开展高质量培训、牵头培育组建高水平产教融合联盟、打造产教融合校企合作命运共同体等途径构建产教融合体系,实现内在"教育性"与外部"经济性"的统一,充分彰显自身类型特色,推进高职教育高质量发展。 The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of industry and education,and school-enterprise cooperation.Under this background,higher vocational education urgently needs to reshape the concept and practice of industry-education integration against the perspective of type characteristics.This article uses type characteristics as an entry point to analyze the characteristics and supply and demand of the industry-education integrationin higher vocational colleges.On the basis of grasping external industry needs and internal education orientation,and by the ways like improving the professional service capabilities of high vocational education,building efficient accumulation system of technical skills,conducting high-quality training with the 1+X certificate system as a pilot,taking the lead in cultivating and forming a high-level industry-education integration alliance,building an industry-education integration school-enterprise cooperation fate community,an industry-education integration system would be built,achievingthe unification of the inherent"education"andthe external"economics",and then fully demonstrating its own type characteristics and promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
