纵向回溯新旧动能转换相关理论研究,从更宽广的视域绘制其理论研究图谱,有助于把握其内在机制从而发展出更为深刻有力的理论分析。回溯主要从理论内涵、理论进路两方面展开:新旧动能转换是对经济发展认识继续深化、拓展的重大判断,旨在实现顶层设计、机制设计与实践路径的三重转换,为转化路径和绩效评估设计提供了框架指引。新旧动能转换理论演进过程是对经济发展方式转换理论可能性边界拓展的过程,是对转变经济增长方式到转变经济发展方式实践探索的理论回应。最后在新旧动能转换理论研究谱系基础上,总结归纳其研究对象、研究方法、理论基础等的理论线索,并从创意应用、理论借鉴、方法总结等方面提出政策设计思路。

It is helpful to grasp its internal mechanism and develop a more profound and powerful theoretical analysis to trace back the theoretical research on the transformation of old and new kinetic energy longitudinally and draw its theoretical research map from a broader perspective.The retrospection is mainly carried out from two aspects:theoretical connotation and theoretical approach.The transformation of old and new kinetic energy is a major judgment for deepening and expanding the understanding of economic development,which aims to realize the triple transformation of top-level design,mechanism design and practice path,and provides framework guidance for transformation path and performance evaluation design.The evolution process of the new and old kinetic energy transformation theory is a process of expanding the theoretical possibility boundary of the transformation of economic development mode,and a theoretical response to the practical exploration of the transformation of economic growth mode to the transformation of economic development mode.Finally,on the basis of the research pedigree of the new and old kinetic energy conversion theory,this paper summarizes the theoretical clues of its research object,research method and theoretical basis,and then puts forward the policy design ideas from the aspects of creative application,theoretical reference and method summary.
