摘要
在全球环境问题愈发严峻的背景下,绿色人力资源管理和员工环保组织公民行为开始受到关注。基于情感事件理论和供给价值契合理论,对340名企业员工进行问卷调查,试图探究绿色人力资源管理对员工环保组织公民行为的影响机制。研究表明,绿色人力资源管理对员工环保组织公民行为产生正向影响;工作满意度在绿色人力资源管理与员工环保组织公民行为之间起到部分中介作用;员工环境价值观正向调节了工作满意度对员工环保组织公民行为的影响关系。
Under the increasingly severe global environment,the concept of green human resource management and employee organizational citizenship behavior has attracted much attention.Based on the theory of emotional events and the theory of supplies-values fit,this paper makes a questionnaire survey of 340 employees,trying to explore the impact mechanism of green human resource management on the civil behavior of employees'environmental protection organizations.The research shows that green human resource management has a positive impact on the civil behavior of employees'environmental organizations,job satisfaction plays a part of mediating role between green human resource management and employee environmental protection organization citizenship behavior,and the employee environmental values are regulating the impact of job satisfaction on the civil behavior of employees'environmental organizations.
