Research on the Way to Enhance the Core Competence of Public Library

围绕公共图书馆核心竞争力概念的内涵分析,从广适应性、高价值性、强整合性、禀赋独特性和动态创新性等五个方面对公共图书馆核心竞争力的特点进行研究,并围绕“统筹用好资源、提升服务能力、健全管理体系”的总目标,以七项能力建设为切入点提出了提升公共图书馆核心竞争力的路径。

This paper analyzes on the connotation of the concept of the core competence of the public library,analyzes on the characteristics of the core competence of the public library,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the core competence of the public library around the general goal of"making good use of the resources as a whole,improving the service ability and perfecting the management system".
