摘要
为验证船舶轴系轴径优化的可行性,需要构建轴系耐疲劳试验台架。文章通过对轴系台架设计需求分析,完成台架初步设计;应用数值计算手段与校中分析方法,求解出台架的螺旋桨质量;根据计算结果对台架设计方案进行改进,最后计算出试验台架的初始加载载荷。该台架设计和计算结果为后续进行轴系的耐疲劳试验奠定了基础。
In order to verify the feasibility of optimizing the shaft diameter of the ship's shafting,it is necessary to construct a shafting fatigue test bench.The article completes the preliminary design of the gantry by analyzing the requirements of the shafting gantry design;applying numerical calculation methods and alignment analysis methods to solve the propeller quality of the gantry;improving the gantry design scheme based on the calculation results and finally calculating the test rig The initial loading load of the rack.The bench design and calculation results laid the foundation for the subsequent fatigue test of the shafting.
