基于PLC的船用光伏并网能量管理系统设计

摘要 在船用光伏并网系统中,对光伏各能源数据进行集中监测和能量管理是系统安全高效运行的关键。文章针对某汽车滚装船的船用光伏并网系统,研发了一套以AC500 PLC为核心的能量管理系统。该系统通过通讯方式采集光伏各设备运行参数并在触摸屏上显示,按照预设控制程序输出信号控制设备运行,通过搭建实物系统进行测试。结果表明,所研发的能量管理系统能够有效地对光伏并网系统进行数据监测和能量管理。 In marine photovoltaic grid-connected systems,centralized monitoring and energy management of photovoltaic energy data is the key to safe and efficient operation of the system. This article develops a set of AC500 PLC-based energy management system for a marine photovoltaic grid-connected system of a car ro-ro ship. The system collects the operating parameters of each photovoltaic device through communication and displays it on the touch screen. It outputs signals according to preset control procedures to control the operation of the device,and tests by building a physical system. The results show that the energy management system developed can effectively monitor and manage the photovoltaic grid-connected system.
