摘要
为开发出性能优良且价格低廉的新型桥面铺装材料,利用不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)作为沥青的改性剂,改善沥青铺装材料的路用性能。通过劈裂试验、弯拉试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、弯曲疲劳试验、耐油腐蚀试验等,对UPR改性沥青混合料进行性能测试,并将其与基质沥青混合料、环氧沥青混合料进行比较。结果表明:UPR改性沥青混合料的强度、高温性能和抗疲劳性能虽然与环氧沥青混合料存在一些差距,但是其低温抗裂性和水稳定均优于环氧沥青混合料,并具有良好的耐油腐蚀性,此外价格只有环氧沥青混合料的60%。
In order to develop a new type of bridge deck pavement material with excellent performance and low cost,unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)was used as asphalt modifier to improve the pavement performance.Through splitting test,bending tensile test,rutting test,low temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,bending fatigue test and oil corrosion resistance test,the performance of UPR modified asphalt mixture was tested and compared with matrix asphalt mixture and epoxy asphalt mixture.The results indicate that there are some differences in strength,high temperature performance and fatigue resistance between modified asphalt mixture and epoxy asphalt mixture,but its low temperature crack resistance and moisture susceptibility are better than those of epoxy asphalt mixture,and it has good oil corrosion resistance.In addition,its price is only 60%of epoxy asphalt mixture s.
