摘要
为了克服传统的钢筋混凝土涵洞与路基协同变形能力差、极易造成地基不均匀沉降的缺点,提出了一种新型的超大直径覆塑热镀锌钢波纹管通道涵。对波纹钢板和平面钢板进行承载力试验,对比2种管涵的承载特性,分析管土受力特性和整体结构的协同变形能力,在经济效益方面与传统管涵进行对比。结果表明:新型超大直径覆塑热镀锌钢波纹管通道涵耐腐蚀性好,受力合理,整体结构与路基协同变形能力强,在工程中应用时表现出良好的工作性能和经济效益。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional reinforced concrete culvert,such as poor cooperative deformation ability and uneven foundation settlement,a new type of super large diameter plastic coated hot galvanized steel corrugated pipe channel culvert was proposed.The bearing capacity tests of corrugated steel plate and plane steel plate were carried out.The bearing characteristics of the two kinds of pipe culverts were compared.The mechanical characteristics of pipe soil and the cooperative deformation ability of the whole structure were analyzed,and the economic benefits of the pipe channel culvert were compared with that of the traditional pipe culvert.The results show that the new type of super large diameter plastic coated hot galvanized steel corrugated pipe channel culvert has good corrosion resistance,reasonable stress,strong cooperative deformation ability of the whole structure and subgrade,which shows good working performance and economic benefits in application.
