路肩培土边坡修整机结构设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决用人力给边坡路肩培土速度慢、质量差,且给水泥稳定碎石基层施工带来严重污染的问题,开发了路肩培土边坡修整机。该机采用全液压控制,可调整边坡修整坡角及路肩培土断面尺寸;在进行边坡修整时,将多余的土经输土系统输送到路肩培土系统,形成土路肩。研究结果表明,路肩培土边坡修整机质量稳定、施工进度快、成本低,既可实现路肩培土和边坡修整一次成型,也可以单独进行路肩培土和边坡修整。 In order to solve the artificial shoulder soil-cultivating problems of slow speed,poor quality and serious pollution to the construction of cement stabilized macadam base by manpower,a machine for slope dressing was developed.The machine adopts full hydraulic control to adjust the angle of slope repair and the cross-section size of the shoulder soil-cultivating.In the process of slope repair,the surplus soil is transported to the shoulder soil-cultivating system through the soil conveying system to form the soil shoulder.The results show that the quality of the whole machine is stable,the construction progress is fast and the cost is low.It can not only realize the one-time shoulder soil-cultivating and slope dressing,but also can carry out shoulder soil-cultivating or slope dressing alone.
