国产泡沫沥青冷再生设备在普通公路中的应用

Application of Domestic Foam Asphalt Cold Recycling Equipment in Ordinary Highway

结合泡沫沥青冷再生技术与国产泡沫沥青冷再生设备机群首次在西南地区普通二级公路中的应用,通过室内试验,确定了最佳发泡条件的相关参数;结合试验路段工程,总结了施工工艺、关键机械参数与使用特点。工程应用结果表明:国产泡沫沥青关键设备与室内发泡机参数、性能匹配,发泡效果良好,所生产的泡沫沥青混合料性能稳定,机群施工效果良好、经试验检测各项性能指标均满足规范要求。

Combined with the cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt and the application of domestic fleet of cold recycling equipment of foamed asphalt in ordinary secondary roads in southwest China for the first time,the relevant parameters of the best foaming conditions are determined through indoor tests.Combined with the test section project,the construction technology,key mechanical parameters and application characteristics are summarized.Relying on the engineering application results,it is shown that the key equipment of domestic foamed asphalt matches the parameters and performance of indoor foaming machine,and the foaming effect is good.The produced foamed asphalt mixture has stable performance,good construction effect of fleet,and all performance indexes meet the specification requirements through tests.
