摘要
为了解决传统沥青混合料吸波效率低的问题,以磁铁矿粉、石墨烯为主要成分,研发了一种微波敏感添加剂,以此制备微波辅助加热沥青混合料,用作填补料。通过试验研究,进行了微波辅助加热混合料的吸波升温特性评价,并分析了微波辅助加热沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明,相对于普通AC-13沥青混合料,微波加热沥青混合料可以提升吸波升温速率30%,且具有更好的路用性能。实践表明,将微波加热沥青混合料用于沥青路面修补,可以提高现场作业效率,缩短维修作业时间。
In order to solve the problem of low wave absorbing efficiency of traditional asphalt mixtures,a kind of microwave sensitive additive was developed with magnetite powder and graphene as the main components to prepare the microwave-assisted heating asphalt mixture fillers.Through experimental research,the microwave absorption heating characteristics of microwave-assisted heating mixture were evaluated,and the pavement performance of microwave-assisted heating asphalt mixture was analyzed.The results show that compared with the ordinary AC-13 asphalt mixture,microwave heating asphalt mixture can increase the rate of absorbing wave heating by 30%,and has better pavement performance.Practice has shown that using microwave heated asphalt mixtures in the repair of asphalt pavement could improve the efficiency of field operations and shorten the time of maintenance operations.
