摘要
真核生物细胞中存在许多无膜液相区室.近年来研究发现,这些无膜区室是通过生物大分子如核酸、蛋白质凝聚发生“液-液”相分离(liquid-liquid phase separation,LLPS)后形成的.它参与基因表达调控和细胞信号转导等多个生理过程LLPS结构的失调与神经退行性疾病及肿瘤相关.本文就细胞中LLPS结构的形成、调控、功能及其与疾病的关系做一综述.
There are many liquid-like membraneless compartments in eukaryotic cells.Recent studies have shown that these membraneless compartments are formed through liquidliquid phase separation(LLPS),driven by proteins,nucleic acids,and other biomacromolecules.LLPS is involved in different cell activities such as regulation of gene expression,signal transduction,stress response and so on.It is shown that dysregulation of LLPS is associated with neurodegenerative disease and cancer.This review discusses the formation and regulation of liquid-liquid separation and their roles in cell physiology and diseases.
