摘要
矿源黄腐酸是由泥炭、风化煤等矿物质腐化形成的一类无定形高分子化合物组成的混合物。在畜禽养殖中,黄腐酸具有促进动物生长、提高机体免疫力、抑菌杀菌等作用,并且具有安全无害、价格低廉、无残留、无抗药性等特点。本文主要综述矿源黄腐酸的生理学功能以及其在畜禽生产中的应用、开发前景和面临的问题等,为黄腐酸在畜禽饲料中的科学应用提供依据。
Fulvic acid(FA),a class of amorphous polymer compounds resulting from decomposition of peat,contains many organic compounds with reactive groups.In livestock and poultry feeding industry,FA play a role in stimulating growth and production performance,improving body immunity and inhibiting bacterial growth.Besides,FA is considered to be safe,cheap,non-residual and non-drug-resistance.The purpose of this review was to introduce the physiology function,advantages and risks associated with the use of FA for animal nutrition based on the literature available,aiming at providing scientific base for the application of FA in livestock and poultry production.
