摘要
为探讨LTBP2、DLST、TGFB3基因与猪生长性状的相关性,本实验选用美系大白猪为研究对象,采用PCR-RFLP技术对猪LTBP2、DLST和TGFB3的SNPs位点进行基因分型,同时利用线性混合模型分析单个标记位点与猪重要经济性状的相关性。结果表明:LTBP2基因3'UTR区域存在一个g.109T>C突变位点,极显著影响左乳头数、总乳头数及体长;DLST基因第3内含子存在1个g.213G>A突变位点,与体长具有显著相关性,与左乳头数具有极显著相关性;TGFB3基因第6外显子g.96T>A多态性位点与体长显著关联。综上,在美系和法系大白猪中,LTBP2、DLST、TGFB3基因多态性与乳头数和体长性状存在显著关联。
Marker-assisted selection(MAS)plays an important role in pig genetics and breeding,and greatly promotes the genetic progress of important economic traits in pigs.In order to investigate the relationship between LTBP2,DLST,TGFB3 genes and pig growth traits,we used American Large White pigs as the research object to genotype the SNPs of LTBP2,DLST and TGFB3 by PCR-RFLP.At the same time,a linear mixed model was used to analyze the correlation between individual marker loci and economically important traits of pigs.Association analysis showed that the g.109T>C mutation site in the 3'UTR region of LTBP2 gene significantly affected the number of left teats,total number of teats and body length.The g.213G>A mutation site in the intron 3 of DLST gene was significantly correlated with body length and the number of papillae.The g.96T>A polymorphism site of exon 6 of TGFB3 gene was significantly associated with body length.Our results showed that LTBP2,DLST and TGFB3 gene polymorphisms were significantly associated with teats number and body length traits in American and French large white pigs.Therefore,the results of this study will provide an important theoretical basis for marker-assisted selection of these traits.
