肠道菌群与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肠道菌群作为人体共生的重要组成部分,在维持宿主的营养、代谢和免疫稳态中发挥重要作用。近年来,肠道菌群在调节自身免疫方面作用越来越被重视。肠道菌群多样性及其丰度等的改变均会打破人体的免疫系统;而自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(autoimmune thyroid disease,AITD)是一组器官特异性的自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制主要是自身免疫失调产生相关抗体,进而导致疾病发生。因此,肠道菌群的稳态与甲状腺疾病的发生发展密切相关。现就肠道菌群在AITD的研究进展予以综述。
