摘要 针对一起造成八钢生活区停水事故展开的调查分析,看似简单的UPS操作不当的问题,现场模拟试验却难以再次复现;经多次的检查、测试,逐步排除了人为操作、UPS供电系统、直流供电系统、PLC软硬件故障等多种因素,最终找到加压泵异常停泵的真正原因,却是由于电源接线错误所致,采取了针对措施,解决了问题。 Based the investigation and analysis of water shutdown accident in l living area of Bayi Steel. The simpleproblem of improper operation of UPS is really difficult to reproduce in field simulation test. After several inspectionsand tests to exclude many factors such as artificial operation, UPS or DC power distribution system, software andhardware failure of PLC. Finally, it is found that the real cause of pressure pump stop is due to the wrong wiring of powersupply.some measures have been taken to solve the problem.
