摘要
制氧机分子筛再生加热系统,蒸汽热源供应与冷凝水回收在运行实践中与原设计偏离,影响到主工艺参数变化、能源浪费、安全环保等问题。文章介绍了针对问题,利用现场情况实施改造,取得较好效果。
The steam heat source supply and condensate recovery of molecular sieve regeneration heating system of No.340000 m3 oxygen generator in Bayi Steel deviated from the original design in operation,which affected the main process parameters and caused energy waste,safety and environmental protection problems.This paper introduces the transformation according to the actual situation of the site,aiming at the existing problems,and achieves good results.
