铁皮石斛在潞江干热河谷的集约化栽培

摘要 对铁皮石斛在潞江干热河谷的集约化栽培技术开展研究,结果表明:铁皮石斛在潞江干热河谷2-5月移栽成活率高,恢复生长快;驯化组培苗、扦插苗和未驯化组培苗(瓶苗)移栽成活率都超过90%,成活率差异不显著,但投产后产量差异较大,驯化组培苗极显著高于未驯化组培苗(瓶苗)和扦插苗,未驯化组培苗极显著高于扦插苗,从投资成本考虑建议用未驯化组培瓶苗做种苗;配方基质能够提高铁皮石斛产量,杉木皮+山基土+碎木屑+牛粪(1∶1∶1∶1)的配方基质产量最高。 Experiment of intensive cultivation on Dendrobium officinale in Lujiang dry hot valley was conducted. The results indicated that high survival rate of seedling would be obtained if transplanting from February to May with quick recovery.It exceeded 90% in domesticated seedlings in vitro, the undomesticated(bottle seedlings) and cutting ones. There is no obvious difference in survival rate among three treatments, but would show great difference in yield after putting into production.The yield of domesticated seedling is much higher than that of the undomesticated and cutting ones.On the view of investment cost, it is recommended that the undomesticated(bottle seedling) is used as cultivated seedling. According to the data, the optimum medium was cedar bark+humic soil + wood piece + cow dung at rate in 1∶1∶1∶1 for highest yield of Dendrobium officinale.
