摘要
通过查阅2019年国内发布的有关普洱茶文献及专利,结合普洱茶产业的实际情况,综述在普洱茶的茶园管理、加工生产、内含物质及功效、综合利用、质量安全等方面最新的研究动态,并对2020年普洱茶产业的发展提出几点建议,旨在让更多人能了解到国内普洱茶最新的科研信息,为普洱茶产业的可持续发展提供参考。
Based on the literatures and patents about Puer tea published home in 2019,the current state of latest achievements on garden management,processing and production,tea ingredients and effects,comprehensive utilization,quality and safety,etc.are reviewed in this paper.Some prospects for the development in 2020 presented as well.Therefore,more people would get to know the latest research progress on Puer tea in China and would offer some information for the sustainable development of Puer tea industry.
