桂西地区慢阻肺合并肺结核CT表现与免疫功能相关的研究进展

Research progress of correlation between CT findings and immune function of COPD complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in Western Guangxi

慢性阻塞性肺疾病,简称慢阻肺(COPD)与肺结核均为我国常见公共健康问题,发病率高,死亡率高,尤其是在经济欠发达的地区,上述两种疾病更是严重的社会负担,占用了大量的公共卫生资源。了解桂西地区结核相关性慢阻肺的发病特点,免疫功能状态及肺功能等方面的规律,以提高对该类疾病的诊治及防控。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),referred to as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and tuberculosis,is a common public health problem in China.It has a high incidence rate and high mortality rate,especially in economically underdeveloped areas.The above two diseases are more serious social burdens and occupy a lot of public health resources.Objective to understand the characteristics of tuberculosis associated COPD,immune function and pulmonary function in order to improve the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of this disease.
