摘要 随着临床医生从患者身上获取的医学图像数量快速增长,这些图像的使用已从诊断工具扩展到个体化诊疗背景下医学数据。目前,对如此大量的医学影像数据的有效利用仍是一个挑战。近些年在定量成像分析方面有了一个重要的进展,称为影像组学。影像组学组学是从医学图像中高通量提取高级定量特征,通常使用数学纹理分析。利用纹理分析可以量化医学上的异质性,纹理特征从医学图像中提取出肉眼无法察觉的空间信息。纹理分析可能成为一种潜在的、有用的生物标记物,可以评估和量化肿瘤的空间异质性,从而更好地根据疾病,尤其肿瘤性疾病的影像组学特征选择合适的治疗方案。本文旨在综述纹理分析在超声医学领域研究进展,存在的问题等,以期为纹理分析在超声医学领域的应用、发展提供一定的参考作用。 With the rapid increase in the number of medical images obtained by clinicians from patients,the use of these images has expanded from diagnostic tools to medical data in the context of individualized diagnosis and treatment.At present,the effective use of such a large amount of medical imaging data is still a challenge.In recent years,there has been an important progress in quantitative imaging analysis,called imaging omics.Photoomics is the high-throughput extraction of advanced quantitative features from medical images,usually using mathematical texture analysis.Using texture analysis can quantify medical heterogeneity,and texture features can extract spatial information that is not detectable by the naked eye from medical images.Texture analysis may become a potential and useful biomarker,which can assess and quantify the spatial heterogeneity of tumors,so as to better select appropriate treatment plans based on the imaging features of diseases,especially tumor diseases.This article aims to review the research progress and existing problems of texture analysis in the field of ultrasound medicine,in order to provide a certain reference for the application and development of texture analysis in the field of ultrasound medicine.
