常规超声及超声造影联合诊断甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma

目的:分析研究常规超声及超声造影联合诊断甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断价值。方法:选择我院2017年4月—2020年4月接收的30例状腺微小乳头状癌患者,按随机数字表法划分为观察组(常规超声联合超声造影诊断)与对照组(常规超声),各15例,对比达峰时间、始增时间、误诊率、漏诊率以及诊断效果等。结果:观察组达峰时间、始增时间明显较对照组更长,P<0.05;观察组的敏感度为86.68%、特异度为80.00%以及准确度93.33%明显较对照组更高,P<0.05;观察组误诊率0.00%低于对照组26.67%,P<0.05;观察组漏诊率6.67%低于对照组40.00%,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论:实施常规超声及超声造影联合诊断方案,对甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者具有较高的可行性,在临床中值得应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasonography and ceUS in the diagnosis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma.Methods 30 patients with small papillary carcinoma of the glandular glands received in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(conventional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis)and control group(conventional ultrasound)according to the random number table method,with 15 patients in each group.The peaking time,initial augmentation time,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate and diagnosis effect were compared.Results The peak time and initial increment time in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the observation group were 86.68%,80.00%and 93.33%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate in the observation group was 0.00%lower than that in the control group(26.67%,P<0.05).The rate of missed diagnosis in the observation group was 6.67%lower than that in the control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined diagnosis scheme of conventional ultrasound and contrastenhanced ultrasound is highly feasible for patients with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
