CT联合超声引导骨折手术腰椎硬膜外麻醉分析

Analysis of epidural anaesthesia of lumbar spine during CT combined with ultrasound-guided fracture surgery

目的:探讨CT联合超声引导下的腰椎硬膜外麻醉在骨折手术中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2018年7月—2020年1月期间于我院接受骨折手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(CT联合超声引导下腰椎硬膜外麻醉)和对照组(超声引导下腰椎硬膜外麻醉)各45例,对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的麻醉准备时间、穿刺时间以及起效时间更短(P<0.05),一次性麻醉穿刺成功率更高(P<0.05),并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:CT联合超声引导下的腰椎硬膜外麻醉,可以获得良好的麻醉效果,保障骨折手术安全、顺利的进行。

Objective To explore the application effect of CT combined with ultrasound-guided epidural anesthesia in lumbar fracture surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients who received fracture surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(CT combined with ultrasonic guided lumbar epidural anesthesia)and the control group(ultrasonic guided lumbar epidural anesthesia),with 45 cases each,to compare the anesthetic effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had shorter anesthesia preparation time,puncture time and effective time(P<0.05),higher puncture success rate of one-time anesthesia(P<0.05),and lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion CT combined with ultrasound-guided epidural anesthesia of the lumbar spine can obtain good anesthetic effect and ensure the safe and smooth operation of fracture.
