摘要
目的:探讨根管显微镜技术联合超声技术在牙体牙髓治疗中的临床疗效分析。方法:将2018年10月—2019年10月在我院口腔科治疗的92例牙体牙髓病患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规根管治疗,观察组使用根管显微镜技术联合超声技术,对比两组的临床疗效、各项治疗指标、不良反应及并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05);观察组治疗时间长于对照组,但麻醉时间短于对照组,治疗过程中VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组头晕、恶心呕吐、疼痛等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,且牙尖断裂、根管堵塞等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根管显微镜技术联合超声技术在牙体牙髓治疗中的临床疗效显著,虽然治疗时间更长,但治疗过程中麻醉少,疼痛轻,不良反应及并发症发生率低,疗效更好,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound in the treatment of dental pulp.Methods 92 patients with dental pulp disease who were treated in the department of stomatology of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional root canal treatment,and the observation group received root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound technology.Results Compared two groups,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher(P<0.05).The treatment time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,but the anesthesia time was shorter than that of the control group,and the VAS score during the treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,nausea,vomiting,pain and other adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of tooth tip fracture,root canal blockage and other complications was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of dental pulp.Although the treatment time is longer,the treatment process is less anesthesia,less pain,lower incidence of adverse reactions and complications,and better efficacy,which has positive clinical significance.
