Study on Properties of Low-temperature Fluoroelastomer

摘要 研究了PL855、VPL85540、VPLX65455三种氟醚生胶的性能及其混炼胶的硫化特性、低温性能、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能、耐介质性能、压缩永久变形性能等。试验结果表明,PL855、VPL85540、VPLX65455三种氟醚橡胶的低温性能依次提高;相同配方及工艺条件下三种橡胶材料的拉伸强度、100%定伸强度、硬度依次下降,拉断伸长率变化不大;随着氟醚橡胶低温性能的提升,在RP-3燃油和YH-15液压油等非极性油介质中,质量变化和体积变化有上升的趋势,在极性较大的4109合成润滑油中,质量变化和体积变化大幅下降;随着氟醚橡胶低温性能的提升,耐250℃热空气老化后的力学性能下降,在不同空气老化、介质老化条件下的压缩永久变形上升。 Properties of raw rubbers and compounds of PL855,VPL85540,VPLX65455 low-temperature fluoroelastomers were investigated,including vulcanization performance,mechanical properties,hot-air aging resistance,oil resistance,compression set,etc.Results showed that,the low-temperature resistance of VPLX65455 was the best,PL855 the worst.With the improvement of low-temperature resistance,tensile strength,100%tensile modulus and hardness increased,tensile elongation stayed stable.Mass and volume changes in RP-3 fuel and YH-15 hydraulic fluids increased with the improvement of low-temperature resistance,while in 4109 synthetic lubricant,the results was opposite.With the improvement of low-temperature resistance,mechanical properties after 250℃ hot-air aging decreased,compression set in both hot air and oils increased.
