HM-2型舰船防火涂料的气体释放物分析及卫生学评价

摘要 以舰船用非金属材料卫生学评价相关国军标为依据,采用GC/MS联用技术对HM-2型舰船防火涂料的常温释放物和高温热解物的成分进行定性和定量的分析。检测结果显示,在封箱实验期间HM-2型舰船防火涂料常温下释放的6种主要气体浓度没有超过GJB11B-2012标准容许浓度,高温下涂料热解的气体释放物主要有75种;采用动物急性吸入试验对该材料的高温热解物进行毒性检测,其动物急性吸入半数致死浓度LC50为196.27 g/m3,属于低等毒性材料。 Based on relevant Military Standards of the People's Republic of China of nonmetallic materials in ships,qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances released from HM-2 warship fireproof coatings at room temperature and decomposed products of the material at high temperature was made by using GC/MS technique.There were 6 kinds of air composition at room temperature and 75 kinds of decomposed products at high temperature from HM-2 warship fireproof coatings.During the material was sealed in a box,the concentration of released products at room temperature did not surpass the permissible concentration ofatmosphere component aboard nuclear submarine chambers.And the median lethal concentration of acute inhalation of this material was 196.27g/m3,belonged to low toxicity material.
