摘要
异噻唑啉酮是一类新型的高效广谱抗菌剂,具有高效、低毒、环境友好等优点,能广泛应用于食品、化妆品、涂料及水处理中。以正辛胺、二硫代二丙烯酸二甲酯和三氯氧磷等为主要原料,通过环化反应,制备抗菌剂4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮(DCOIT),总收率达89%。
Isothiazolones is a kind of novel antibacterial agents with great advantages of high activity and their environmental friendship and is widely used in food,cosmetics,coatings and water treatment.DCOIT was prepared using octylamine,dimethyl 3,3'-dithiodipropionate and phosphorus oxychloride as raw materials through cyclization reaction.The total yield was up to 89%.
