手表用真皮表带腐蚀机理的研究

摘要 对皮革表带的结构、宏观及微观形貌、耐腐蚀性能检测试验、弯折疲劳性能检测试验和真皮表带实际佩戴过程进行了研究分析。结果表明,手表用真皮表带腐蚀机理是在制备过程中破坏了真皮表带底皮的完整性,佩戴过程中的挤压、折曲加速了汗液、水汽或水进入到真皮表带填料层,从而发生腐蚀,即动态腐蚀。 In this paper,the structure,macro and micro morphology,corrosion resistance test,bending fatigue test and the actual wearing process of leather strap were studied and analyzed.The results show that the corrosion aging mechanism of the watch strap is that the integrity of the leather strap bottom skin is destroyed during the preparation process,and the extrusion and folding during the wearing process accelerate the sweat,water vapor or water entering lead to the filler layer of the watch strap,lead to the occurrence of corrosion aging,that is,dynamic corrosion aging.
