摘要
通过对农副产品玉米芯进行磷酸化改性合成改性玉米芯活性炭吸附剂,并采用该吸附剂对含铜水溶液进行了处理,探讨了活化时间、浸渍比、活化温度、pH值、投加量等五种因素对吸附效果的影响。研究表明,制备改性玉米芯活性炭吸附剂的适宜条件为:浸渍比2.5:1,活化时间90min,活化温度800℃。在上述条件下制备的改性玉米芯活性炭吸附剂,在温度为25℃、pH值为5、投加量为6g/L处理含铜废水时,铜离子的去除率达到90%,吸附效果理想。
Through the study of the phosphorylation of agricultural by-products corn cobs,corn-cobs modified activated carbon adsorbent was synthesized,and the adsorbent was used to treat the aqueous solution containing copper,and the effects of five main factors,such as activation time,impregnation ratio,activation temperature,pH value and the amount of adsorbent,on the adsorption effect of adsorbent were discussed.The results showed that the best preparation process of the modified corncob activated carbon adsorbent was:immersion ratio 2.5:1,activation time 90 min,activation temperature 800℃.When the temperature was 25℃,the pH value was 5,and the dosage was 6 g/L,the removal rate of copper ion reached 90%,and the adsorption effect was ideal.
