摘要
为研究泡沫轻质土在软土地基道路改扩建中的实际应用效果,通过持续监测实体工程的工后差异沉降情况,分析了泡沫轻质土的施工技术控制效果,结果表明:采用台阶式削坡和铺设土工格栅的拼接面处置工艺,结合加宽区高程渐进式过度,能够保证新旧路面工后差异沉降较小,横坡度变化量最大为0.36%,远小于质量控制要求0.5%;泡沫轻质土对软土地基的荷载应力较小,应用泡沫轻质土后,通车14个月最大累计沉降量为34mm,远小于质量控制标准50mm,对软土地基的处置效果良好。
in order to study the practical application effect of foamed lightweight soil in road reconstruction and expansion of soft soil foundation.Through continuous monitoring of post construction differential settlement of solid works,the control effect of construction technology of foamed lightweight soil is analyzed.The results show that the joint treatment technology of step slope cutting and geogrid laying,combined with the gradual over elevation of widened area,can ensure that the difference settlement of new and old pavement after construction is small,the maximum change of cross slope is 0.36%,far less than the quality control requirement of 0.5%.The load stress of foamed light soil on soft soil foundation is small.After applying foam light soil,the maximum cumulative settlement is 34 mm,far less than the quality control standard 50 mm.
