摘要
针对当前体育器材原材料性能存在的缺陷,即强度不足、易脆易裂等问题,研究一种碳纤维材料的加固粘接方法。该方法研究分为两部分:首先准备试验原料,包括碳纤维材料、粘接材料(底胶、浸润胶和找平胶),然后选取试验设备,再对碳纤维材料的加固粘接工艺进行分析,包括体育器材处理,底胶、浸润胶配制并涂敷,碳纤维材料剪裁并粘接,固化和质检等。最后对胶粘剂和加固粘接后的体育器材中碳纤维材料性能进行分析,结果表明:配置的胶粘剂性能完全符合GB/T 2794-1981标准;粘接强度为2.55MPa;疲劳强度为358.2 MPa;耐水性为86h。
In view of the defects of the current performance of the raw materials for sports equipment,such as insufficient strength,brittle and easy to crack,a strengthening and bonding method of carbon fiber materials was studied.The research of this method is divided into two parts:firstly,prepare the test materials,including carbon fiber materials,bonding materials(primer,wetting adhesive and leveling adhesive),then select the test equipment,and then analyze the strengthening and bonding process of carbon fiber materials,including sports equipment treatment,preparation and coating of primer and wetting adhesive,cutting and bonding of carbon fiber materials,curing and quality inspection.Finally,the performance of the adhesive and the carbon fiber material in the sports equipment after strengthening and bonding were analyzed.The results showed that the performance of the adhesive completely met the standard GB/T 2794-1981,the bonding strength was 2.55 MPa,the fatigue strength was 358.2 MPa,and the water resistance was 86 h.
