摘要
介绍了费托合成下游低温油洗单元产物油洗干气、油洗液化气(LPG)和油洗石脑油中关键组分的综合再利用。指出油洗干气送至尾气制氢装置回收氢气;油洗LPG一方面分离出C3和C4烯烃作为生产化工产品初始原料,另一方面直接芳构化生产芳烃化合物;油洗石脑油切割出α-烯烃生产共聚单体和全合成聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油。通过油洗单元产物回收再利用可以提高上游费托产物价值。
The comprehensive reuse of key components in the oil-based dry gas,oil-washed liquefied gas(LPG)and oil-washed naphtha of the low-temperature oil-washing unit of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was introduced.It is pointed out that the oil-washed dry gas is sent to the tail gas hydrogen production unit to recover hydrogen;oil-washed LPG separates C3 and C4 olefins as the initial raw materials for the production of chemical products,and on the other hand,oil-washed LPG directly aromatizes and produces aromatic compounds;oil-washed naphtha cuts outα-olefins to produce comonomers and fully Synthesized Poly Alpha-Olefin(PAO)Base oil.Product recovery and reuse through the oil washing unit can increase the value of upstream Fischer-Tropsch products.
