摘要
为提高医院人力资源的集成管理能力、实现人力资源优化配置,在构建医院人力资源大数据分布模型的基础上,采用空间模糊信息融合方法对人力资源大数据进行统计分析,并建立相关性博弈分析模型,结合模糊综合寻优方法实现人力资源集成管理过程中的自适应迭代处理,继而根据不同类别的医疗人力资源选择方式实现输出均衡博弈。仿真实验结果表明,应用该方法能够准确调度医院人力资源信息,且资源分配计划因子贡献率较高、可行性较强,证明该方法有效提高了医院人力资源的集成化调度和优化配置能力。
In order to improve the integrated management capacity of the hospital’s human resources and realize the optimal allocation of human resources,based on the construction of the hospital’s human resource big data distribution model,the spatial fuzzy information fusion method is used to statistically analyze the human resource big data and a correlation game analysis model is established.Then,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive optimization method,the adaptive iterative processing is realized in the process of human resources integration management.Finally,equilibrium game according to different types of medical human resource selection methods are output.Simulation experiment results show that the method can accurately schedule hospital human resource information,and the resource allocation planning factor has a high contribution rate and strong feasibility,which proves that the method effectively improves the hospital’s human resources integrated scheduling and optimal configuration capabilities.
