摘要 多微网系统是由多个低压微电网和接在相邻馈线上的分布式能源组成。考虑到传统方法难以应对多微电网系统经济优化中的各方决策者,提出一种基于主从博弈的多微网系统能量调度策略。该策略以能量管理中心(Energy management center,EMC)作为策略的领导者(leader),以微网运营商(Micro-grid operation,MGO)作为策略的跟随者(followers),双方以自身利益最大化为目标进行实时博弈。该策略兼顾EMC和MGO双方利益,通过分析功率盈余和功率不足两种不同的微网情况,充分考虑负荷波动对EMC效益带来的效益损耗,并给予补偿,避免了内部电价的剧烈波动。以日内预测电价、PV预测出力和负荷预测数据为基础数据,通过算例从EMC侧和MGO侧两方效益分析双方的博弈结果,验证该策略的可行性。 A multi-microgrid system consists of multiple low-voltage microgrids and distributed energy sources connected to adjacent feeders.It is difficult for the traditional optimization method to deal with decision makers in the economic optimization of multi-microgrid systems.This paper proposes a multi-micro network system energy scheduling strategy based on a master-slave game.The strategy uses the Energy Management Center(EMC)as the leader of the strategy,and the Micro-Grid Operator(MGO)as a follower of the strategy,both of which conduct real-time games with the goal of maximizing their own interests.This strategy takes the interests of both EMC and MGO into account.By analyzing the microgrid with power surplus and the microgrid with insufficient power,it fully considers the loss of efficiency caused by load fluctuations to EMC benefits,and compensates for it,thus avoiding the drastic fluctuation of internal electricity price.By means of the intraday forecasting electricity price,PV forecast output and load forecasting data,this paper analyzes the game results from both the EMC side and the MGO side to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy.
