某三甲医院降糖药的门诊处方分析

Analysis of Outpatient Prescriptions of Hypoglycemic Drugs in a Grade A Class 3 Hospital

目的了解我院门诊处方中降糖药的使用情况并作统计分析。方法采用回顾性的调查方法,查阅2019年1月至2019年12月我院的门诊处方,对来我院就诊的糖尿病(DM)患者所使用降糖药的处方进行分层统计分析,了解降糖药的应用情况、联合用药及合理用药情况。结果各年龄组患者性别分布情况比较,存在明显统计学差异(P <0.05)。组1与组2、组3、组4、组5、组6、组7、组8、组9患者不同种类降糖药的处方出现频率分布情况比较,均存在明显统计学差异(P <0.05)。18岁以下患者多采用胰岛素治疗为主。其中,二联用药占降糖药处方总数的38.07%,三联用药占降糖药处方总数的27.05%,四联用药占降糖药处方总数的14.01%。注射用胰岛素用药频度(DDDs)值占所有降糖药DDDs值的百分比为10.53%,α糖苷酶抑制剂DDDs值占所有降糖药DDDs值的百分比为30.70%,双胍类DDDs值占所有降糖药DDDs值的百分比为27.26%。结论我院临床DM患者降糖药物使用基本合理。

Objective To investigate and make statistical analysis about hypoglycemic drugs of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital.Methods A retrospective survey method was used to review the outpatient prescriptions of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and perform a stratifi ed statistical analysis of the prescriptions of hypoglycemic drugs used by diabetes mellitus(DM)patients who came to our hospital for treatment,to understand the application,combination drugs and rational use of drugs of hypoglycemic drugs.Results The gender distribution of patients in each age group was compared,and there were signifi cant statistical diff erences(P<0.05).The comparison of the frequency distribution of prescriptions of diff erent types of hypoglycemic drugs between group 1 and group 2,group 3,group 4,group 5,group 6,group 7,group 8,and group 9 showed signifi cant statistical diff erences(P<0.05).Patients under the age of 18 are mostly treated with insulin.Among them,dual combination drugs accounted for 38.07%of the total number of hypoglycemic drug prescriptions,triple combination drugs accounted for 27.05%of the total number of hypoglycemic drug prescriptions,and quadruple combination drugs accounted for 14.01%of the total number of hypoglycemic drug prescriptions.The defi ned daily doses(DDDS)of administration of insulin for injection accounted for 10.53%of the DDDs of all hypoglycemic drugs,DDDs of alpha glycosidase inhibitors accounted for 30.70%of the DDDs of all hypoglycemic drugs,and DDDs of biguanides accounted for 27.26%of the DDDs of all hypoglycemic drugs.Conclusion The use of hypoglycemic drugs in clinical DM patients in our hospital is basically reasonable.
