血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Uremia

目的针对尿毒症维持性血液透析患者采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法在我院2016年3月至2018年3月,随机挑选120例尿毒症患者,将其分为两组,对比组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),分别进行血液透析治疗和血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及血液中有害毒性物质(β_2微球蛋白、iPTH)的清除情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对比组(P <0.05);β_2微球蛋白、iPTH清除效果均优于对比组(P <0.05)。结论相比于单一的血液透析治疗,尿毒症维持性血液透析患者采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗疗效显著,血液中有害毒性物质清除效果较好,病死率明显下降。

Objective To analyze the clinical eff ects of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with uremic maintenance hemodialysis.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital,120 patients with uremia were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the comparison group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60),and they were treated with hemodialysis.And hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment.The treatment eff ects of the two groups of patients and the elimination of harmful toxic substances(β2 microglobulin,iPTH)in the blood were compared.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the comparison group(P<0.05);the clearance eff ects ofβ2 microglobulin and iPTH were better than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with a single hemodialysis treatment,uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis have a signifi cant eff ect,the removal of harmful and toxic substances in the blood is better,and the mortality rate is signifi cantly reduced.
