Value of Microbiological Test in Diagnosis and Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

目的探讨微生物检验在尿路感染诊断和治疗中的价值。方法选取2017年11月至2018年11月于兴城市人民医院接受治疗的90例尿路感染患者作为研究对象,按照平均分配的分组方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。在其他条件相同的情况下,对照组患者给予常规检验,并使用经验性抗生素进行治疗,观察组患者给予微生物检验,并根据检验结果选择合适的抗生素进行治疗,比较两组的检验结果以及临床治疗效果。结果观察组尿路感染诊断准确率为93.33%,对照组为77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效治疗率为91.11%,对照组为71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组尿路感染治疗无效患者的病情严重程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论使用微生物检验的方法诊断尿路感染的准确率较高,能够为主治医师提供可靠的诊疗依据,有助于选择针对性抗生素进行治疗,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the value of microbiological examination in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,90 patients were randomly selected from the patients who received diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections in our hospital.They were divided into control group and observation group,45 patients in each group.Under the same other conditions,the control group was given routine tests and basic antibiotics were used to treat the patients with urinary tract infection.The observation group was given microbiological tests for the patients with urinary tract infection and appropriate antibiotics were selected for treatment according to the results of the tests.The results of the two groups of patients with urinary tract infection were compared with the clinical therapeutic eff ect.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of urinary tract infection in the observation group was 93.33%,and the control group was 77.78%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total eff ective treatment rate of the observation group was 91.11%,and the control group was 71.11%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant signifi cance(P<0.05).There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence in the severity of urinary tract infections between the two groups of patients who failed to treat them(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbial test has a high detection accuracy in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.It can provide reliable diagnostic and therapeutic basis for the doctor,select targeted drugs for treatment,improve the clinical therapeutic eff ect.
