丹栀逍遥散治疗肝郁血热型多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao San on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Liver Stagnation and Blood Heat Type

目的探讨丹栀逍遥散治疗肝郁血热型多囊卵巢综合征的临床价值。方法将128例肝郁血热型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为两组各62例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹栀逍遥散治疗。两组患者分别在治疗前后采血检测内分泌功能,包括雌激素(E_2)、黄体生成素(LH),同时进行妇科B超声检查测定子宫内膜厚度与子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流阻力指数(RI),并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组E_2、LH、内膜厚度、RI和总有效率比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散可有效调节肝郁血热型多囊卵巢综合征患者的内分泌,提高子宫内膜容受性,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Danzhi Xiaoyao San in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of liver stagnation and blood heat type.Methods 128 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of liver stagnation and blood heat type were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in the control group were treated with basic Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao San.Before and after treatment,the endocrine function,including estrogen(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH),and endometrial thickness and resistance index(RI)of endometrial spiral artery were measured by ultrasonography.Results After treatment,comparing the E2,LH,intimal thickness,RI and total eff ective rate between the two groups,the treatment group was signifi cantly better than the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao San can eff ectively regulate the endocrine of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of hepatic stagnation and blood heat,improve endometrial receptivity,and improve clinical effi cacy.
