责任制护理对冠心病患者护理质量及病情康复的影响

To Study the Effect of Responsibility System Nursing on Quality of Nursing and Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究冠心病患者行责任制护理对其护理质量及病情康复的影响。方法以抽签法将我院2019年1月至2019年12月接诊的86例冠心病患者分为参照组(n=43,行常规护理)和观测组(n=43,行责任制护理),对比两组护理质量、SAQ评分、不良心血管事件发生率。结果观测组护理质量考察量表(责任心、沟通能力、应急能力、护理熟练度)各维度得分及西雅图心绞痛量表(躯体受限、心绞痛发作、心绞痛稳定)各维度得分均高于参照组,不良心血管事件发生率低于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论冠心病患者应用责任制护理可有效提高护理质量,改善临床症状,预防不良反应发生,值得推广。

Objective To study the eff ect of responsibility system nursing on the quality of nursing and the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty-six patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into a reference group(n=43,routine nursing care)and an observation group(n=43,accountability care)by lottery,and the nursing quality,SAQ score and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of each dimension of the observation group's nursing quality survey scale(conscientiousness,communication ability,emergency ability,nursing profi ciency)and the Seattle Angina Scale(physical limitation,angina pectoris,angina pectoris stable)scores were higher than those of the reference group.Adverse cardiovascular events of the observation group was lower than the reference group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility system nursing in patients with coronary heart disease can eff ectively improve the quality of nursing,improve clinical symptoms,and prevent adverse reactions.
