临床护理路径对老年消化性溃疡患者治疗期间的作用

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Elderly Patients with Peptic Ulcer during Treatment

目的了解临床护理路径对老年消化性溃疡患者治疗期间的作用。方法选取2017年2月至2018年9月凤城市中心医院收治的120例老年消化性溃疡患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用临床护理路径干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、自我护理能力、生活质量、不良情绪、对疾病的认知、治疗配合度及复发情况。结果观察组护理满意度评分、护理后自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分、对病机病理的认知评分、临床干预方案的认知评分、治疗配合度评分和消化性溃疡复发率均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在老年消化性溃疡患者护理过程中,采取临床护理路径的护理模式,有利于提高患者对自身疾病的了解,进一步促进患者自我管理能力的提升,有助于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To understand the eff ect of clinical nursing pathways on elderly patients with peptic ulcer during treatment.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with peptic ulcer admitted to Fengcheng Central Hospital from February 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group adopted clinical nursing path intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,self-care ability,quality of life,bad mood,cognition of the disease,treatment cooperation and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's nursing satisfaction scores,self-care ability scores after nursing,quality of life scores,cognitive scores for pathogenesis,cognitive scores for clinical intervention programs,treatment coordination scores,and peptic ulcer recurrence rate were better than those of the control group,comparison of the two groups of data,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of elderly patients with peptic ulcer,adopting the nursing model of clinical nursing path is conducive to improving patients'understanding of their own diseases,further promoting the improvement of patients'self-management ability,and improving the quality of life of patients.
