针对性护理干预在肺炎患儿治疗期间的应用效果

Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention during the Treatment of Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨针对性护理干预在肺炎患儿治疗期间的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月于朝阳县中心医院进行诊治的200例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理,比较两组患儿的临床症状改善情况、治疗效果以及药物使用安全性。结果研究组患儿憋喘缓解时间、退烧时间、肺部啰音消失时间、出院时间、治疗总有效率和并发症总发生率均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对性护理干预在肺炎患儿治疗期间的应用效果显著,可有效提升患儿的治疗效果,促进患儿快速康复。

Objective To investigate the application eff ect of targeted nursing intervention in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,200 children with pneumonia in Chaoyang County Central Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given targeted nursing.The improvement of clinical symptoms,treatment eff ect and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results The study group was better than the control group in terms of remission time of asthma,fever reduction,disappearance of pulmonary rales,discharge time,total eff ective rate of treatment,and total incidence of complications in the control group.There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion The application eff ect of targeted nursing intervention in the treatment of children with pneumonia is signifi cant,which can eff ectively improve the treatment eff ect of children and promote the rapid recovery of children.
