全面护理在微创技术治疗下肢静脉曲张中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in the Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities with Minimally Invasive Techniques

目的探讨全面护理在微创技术治疗下肢静脉曲张中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年5月于朝阳市第二医院接受微创技术治疗的50例下肢静脉曲张患者,根据护理方法的不同将其分为常规护理组(传统护理)和全面护理组(全面护理),每组25例。比较两组患者的护理满意度、下肢血液流变学指标及术后恢复情况。结果全面护理组的护理满意度,护理后下肢红细胞聚集指数、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度,术后开始床上活动的时间、下床时间,并发症发生率均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在运用微创技术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者时辅以全面的护理干预,可显著改善患者的下肢血液流变学指标,且患者术后恢复快,满意度较高。

Objective To investigate the application and clinical nursing of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods A total of 50 patients with lower extremity varicose veins treated with minimally invasive techniques in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2015 were randomly assigned.The conventional nursing group for the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins with minimally invasive techniques was given traditional nursing,and the comprehensive nursing group for the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins with minimally invasive techniques was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction,lower extremity blood rheology index and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing group,lower limb red blood cell aggregation index,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specifi c viscosity,postoperative time to bed activity,time to get out of bed,and the incidence of complications are better than those of the conventional nursing group.The diff erences are statistically signifi cant.Academic signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive techniques to treat patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities supplemented with comprehensive nursing intervention can signifi cantly improve the blood rheology of the patients'lower extremities,and the patients will recover quickly after surgery and have a high degree of satisfaction.
