延续性护理对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量及焦虑状况的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Postoperative Quality of Life and Anxiety of Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的探讨延续性护理对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量及焦虑状况的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年11月于抚顺市第四医院成功施行宫颈癌手术治疗的146例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照抽签分组法将其分为研究组和对照组,各73例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受延续性护理,比较两组护理前和护理3个月后的SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果护理后,两组患者SF-36、SAS评分均较护理前改善,且研究组SF-36评分高于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论对宫颈癌术后患者施以延续性护理,可有效提升其生活质量,缓解焦虑状况。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on postoperative quality of life and anxiety of patients with cervical cancer.Methods Between January to November 2019,successful implementation of cervical cancer surgical treatment of 146 cases of cervical cancer patients with postoperative as the research object.They were divided into research group and the control group according to the grouping of lottery,with 73 cases in each group.The control group accepted routine nursing care,the study group accept continuity of care,then the 36-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-36),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)of two groups of patients nursing before and after 3 months were evaluated.Results The SF-36 score and SAS score of the patients in the two groups were improved after nursing care,and the s SF-36 score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,while the SAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients with cervical cancer after operation can eff ectively improve their quality of life and relieve their anxiety.
