Effect of Psychological Nursing on Improving the Treatment Compliance of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨心理护理对提高老年高血压患者治疗依从性的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院收治的90例老年高血压患者,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加强心理护理,比较两组患者对治疗工作的依从性以及护理前后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果研究组护理后对各项治疗工作的依从性、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上加强心理护理有助于促进老年高血压患者的康复进程,帮助患者端正治疗态度,缓解负面情绪,使其积极配合各项治疗工作。

Objective To investigate the role of psychological nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,90 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group strengthening psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance of patients with treatment and the scores of anxiety(HAMA)and depression(HAMD)before and after nursing were compared.Results The study group's compliance,HAMA score,and HAMD score after nursing care were better than those of the control group.There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening psychological care on the basis of conventional care will help promote the recovery process of elderly hypertensive patients,help patients correct their treatment attitude,relieve negative emotions,and enable them to actively cooperate with various treatments.
