纳洛酮在一氧化碳中毒急诊抢救中的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of naloxone in emergency rescue of carbon monoxide poisoning

目的探究纳洛酮在一氧化碳中毒急诊抢救中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年6月在本院急诊抢救的一氧化碳中毒患者70例为研究对象,根据抢救时治疗方式的不同分为参照组与实验组,每组35例,参照组采用常规治疗方式进行急诊抢救,实验组在参照组的治疗基础上加入纳洛酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果、患者苏醒时间、抢救前抢救后格拉斯哥昏迷评分情况、死亡率及后遗症发生率。结果实验组在一氧化碳中毒急诊抢救中的总有效率(94.29%)高于参照组(77.14%,P<0.05);实验组苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05);抢救后实验组格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于参照组;实验组后遗症发生率以及死亡率均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮在一氧化碳中毒急诊抢救中的临床疗效显著,能够提高患者的抢救效果,缩短患者的苏醒时间,并能有效地减少后遗症,临床价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of naloxone in emergency rescue of carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods 70 patients with carbon monoxide poisoning from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into reference group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment effects,the recovery time and the Glasgow coma score before and after rescue,the incidence of mortality and sequelae were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(94.29%)of the experimental group in the emergency rescue of carbon monoxide poisoning was higher than that of the reference group(77.14%,P<0.05).The recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After rescue,the Glasgow coma score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of mortality and sequelae of the experimental group were lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of naloxone in the emergency rescue of carbon monoxide poisoning is remarkable,which can improve the rescue effect of patients,shorten the recovery time of patients,and effectively reduce the sequelae,and the clinical value is high,which is worth popularizin.
