耳聋胶囊联合抗生素治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床研究

Clinical research on Deafness capsule combined with antibiatic in treatment of acute suppurative otitis media

目的观察在常规抗生素治疗基础上加用耳聋胶囊对急性化脓性中耳炎(ASOM)临床疗效的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2019年6月本院收治的72例(81耳)确诊为ASOM的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组36例(40耳)和实验组36例(41耳)。对照组使用左旋氧氟沙星滴耳,实验组在此基础上加用耳聋胶囊治疗,对比两组不同时间点的疗效。结果治疗第7天和第14天,实验组临床症状改善情况和听力恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组治疗第14天的总有效率为95.1%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);治疗第7天,对照组外周血TNF-α和IL-6较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05),实验组TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β均较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组相比,除IL-10外,其余炎性因子水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第14天,实验组致病菌清除率为95.9%,显著高于对照组的78.8%(P<0.05)。结论对于ASOM患者,在抗生素的基础上加用耳聋胶囊治疗,可快速提高听力、加速鼓室黏膜恢复正常,其机制与耳聋胶囊清利肝胆、解毒排脓,协同消除病原菌、加速降低多项炎性因子水平有关。耳聋胶囊对于单纯抗生素治疗效果不佳而导致病情恢复较慢的患者是较好的选择。

Objective To observe the effect of Deafness capsule on acute suppurative otitis media(ASOM)combined with the antibiotic.Methods 72 patients(81 ears)with ASOM were randomly divided into control group(36 cases,40 ears)and experimental group(36 cases,41 ears)in our hospital from Novermber 2017 to June 2019.The control group was treated with antibiotic ear drops.Beyond that,the experimental group was treated with Deafness capsule,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups at different time points was compared.Results On the 7th and 14th day of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and hearing of the experimental group was better than those of the control group at the same time point(P<0.05),the total effective rate on the 14th day of treatment was 95.1%in the experimental group,and it was 80.0%in the control group,there was differences between the two groups(P<0.05).On the 7th day of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-1βin the peripheral blood of the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),only TNF-αand IL-6 of the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).On the 14th day of treatment,the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the control group was 78.8%,which was 95.9%in the experimental group,and the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For ASOM cases,adding Deafness capsule on the routine antibiotics can rapidly improve the symptom and hearing,accelerate the recovery of tympanic mucosa to normal.The mechanism is related to Deafness capsule clearing liver and gallbladder hyperthermia,detoxifying,removing sepsis,eliminating pathogens bacteria synergistically,reducing multiple inflammatory factors.Deafness capsule is a good choice for patients with ASOM with poor antibiotic efficacy and slow recovery.
