摘要 目的探讨不同献血服务策略对献血者保留作用。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月在献血站献血3次以上,但在2017年以后不再献血的无偿献血者400名作为研究对象。按照随机抽样方法分为观察组和对照组,每组200名。献血前后,对照组应用常规对策方式,观察组采用高质量服务对策方式。比较两组不良反应发生率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、满意度。结果观察组不良发生发生率为1.00%,显著低于对照组的7.50%(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑评分(7.01±0.21)分、抑郁评分(7.15±0.15)分显著低于对照组焦虑评分(7.15±0.28)分、抑郁评分(8.45±0.26)分(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用高质量服务对策方式可降低献血者不良反应发生率,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,并提高满意度。采血过程因素和献血动力与献血者流失具有密切关联性,需根据流失原因制定固定献血者招募管理策略,从而将固定献血者队伍不断扩大。 Objective To explore the effect of different blood donation service strategies on blood donor retention.Methods 400 cases of unpaid blood donors who donated blood at the blood donation station more than 3 times from January 2015 to January 2017,but no longer donated blood after 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to random sampling method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 200 cases in each group.Before and after blood donation,the control group applied conventional countermeasures,and the observation group adopted high-quality service countermeasures.The incidence of adverse reactions,anxiety score,depression score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 1.00%,which was significantly lower than 7.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety score(7.01±0.21)scores and depression score(7.15±0.15)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group[(7.15±0.28)scores and(8.45±0.26)scores](P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting high-quality service countermeasures can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of blood donors,ease their anxiety and depression,and improve satisfaction.The factors of blood collection process and the power of blood donation are closely related to the loss of blood donors.It is necessary to formulate a recruitment and management strategy for fixed blood donors according to the cause of the loss,so as to continuously expand the fixed blood donors.
