金水宝胶囊联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with western medicine on early diabetic nephropathy

目的探究金水宝胶囊与西医联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床价值。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月于本院治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者使用氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组患者在上述基础上使用金水宝胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血清白蛋白水平变化。结果治疗前,两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血清白蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后两组上述指标均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平低于对照组,血清白蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊与西医联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病可有效改善临床相关指标水平,减轻对肾功能的损伤。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Jinshuibao capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random number method.The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets,while the observation group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule on the basis of the above.The 24-hour urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride,total cholesterol and serum albumin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of 24-hour urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride,total cholesterol and serum albumin between the two groups.After treatment,the level of clinical related indicators was significantly better than before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24-hour urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride and total cholesterol in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum albumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the level of clinical related indicators and reduce the damage to renal function.
